Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information InferenceHub (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to the InferenceHub website and API gateway (the “Service”).

The short version: we do not log the contents of your API requests or responses — no prompts, no code. We only record the metadata needed to operate and bill the Service.

1. Information we collect

Account information. Your name and email address, and, if you sign in with Google, the identifier Google provides. If you use email + password, we store a one-way hash of your password — never the plaintext.
Usage metadata. For each request: token counts (input, output, and cache), the model used, timestamps, status, approximate latency, and the originating IP address. We use this for billing, your usage dashboard, security, and abuse prevention.
Request & response content. We do not store the bodies of your requests or responses. Your prompts, code, and the models’ outputs are forwarded to the model provider to fulfill the request and are not retained by us for logging.
Payment information. Card payments are handled by Stripe and crypto payments by NOWPayments. We receive transaction references, amounts, and status — we do not store full card numbers or cryptocurrency private keys.
Cookies. We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in to the dashboard. We do not use advertising cookies.

2. How we use information

To provide, operate, and meter the Service and process your top-ups;
To secure the Service and detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse;
To provide support and to communicate with you about your account;
To comply with legal obligations; and
To improve the Service using aggregated, non-identifying metrics.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Model providers — to fulfill your requests (your inputs are forwarded so a response can be generated);
Payment processors — Stripe and NOWPayments, to process top-ups;
Infrastructure providers — hosting, database, and email vendors that operate the Service on our behalf;
Legal & safety — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service; and
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

4. Data retention

We keep account and billing records (including usage metadata and ledger entries) for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations. You can request deletion of your account as described below; some records may be retained where required by law.

5. Security

We protect data in transit with TLS, store secrets such as passwords and API keys only as one-way hashes, and restrict access to systems that process your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@inferencehub.tech. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

7. International transfers

We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will reflect changes by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
